These Terms govern your access to and use of ARfi, including the ARfi game, website, account features, ARtists tools, playtest access, music placement systems, collection systems, ArtM systems, and related services. By using ARfi, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use ARfi.
ARfi may be offered as an early, experimental, or evolving product. Features may change, break, reset, disappear, or be redesigned over time.
ARfi is a spatial music experience. It lets users discover, collect, listen to, and place music in real-world locations through augmented reality, location-based features, and interactive music systems.
You may need an account to use certain features. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity through it. You agree to provide accurate information and not impersonate another person, artist, brand, company, organization, or public figure.
ARfi may suspend, restrict, or close accounts that violate these Terms, create safety risks, abuse the service, infringe rights, or harm the ARfi ecosystem.
Collecting music inside ARfi gives you access to that music inside the ARfi experience. It does not give you ownership of the copyright, master recording, composition, artwork, artist name, or other intellectual property connected to that music.
ARfi may limit, move, hide, remove, reset, or moderate placed music when needed for safety, performance, legal compliance, product quality, or platform integrity.
You are responsible for your safety while using ARfi. Do not use ARfi while driving, cycling, crossing roads, operating equipment, or doing anything requiring full attention. Do not trespass or enter restricted, dangerous, or prohibited areas. Follow local laws, campus and venue rules, and public safety instructions. Always stay aware of traffic, people, terrain, weather, and your surroundings.
ARfi uses device sensors, camera access, location data, AR systems, network access, and platform services. These features may be inaccurate, delayed, unstable, or affected by your device, permissions, GPS quality, lighting, surface detection, connection, or operating system. ARfi does not guarantee that music, objects, locations, rewards, or placements will appear exactly where expected.
ArtM, energy, collection limits, rewards, music value, and similar systems are in-app features only. Unless ARfi states otherwise in writing, they do not represent real money, stored value, securities, ownership shares, financial products, or a promise of payment.
ARfi may adjust, reset, rebalance, remove, or correct economy values when needed for testing, fairness, fraud prevention, technical fixes, product changes, or legal compliance.
You may only upload, place, publish, submit, display, or share content that you own or have permission to use. You must not submit content that infringes rights, contains illegal or abusive material, misleads users, contains malware or scams, or creates legal, safety, platform, or reputational risk for ARfi.
Artists remain responsible for ensuring that tracks, artwork, names, metadata, credits, samples, vocals, lyrics, and promotional materials are accurate, lawful, and cleared.
AI-generated music is banned from ARtists. Music must come primarily from human artistic work. Basic technical assistance may be acceptable when it does not replace the core creative process. Repeated or deceptive violations may lead to warnings, removal, limits, or account closure.
Artists keep ownership of material they own. By submitting content, you give ARfi a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, display, promote, preview, distribute within ARfi, and make that content available through ARfi features. Do not submit music if you lack the rights needed to grant this license.
ARfi respects intellectual property rights. ARfi may remove or restrict material that appears to infringe rights or create legal risk. Repeat infringers may have their accounts suspended or closed.
ARfi may be offered as a test, prototype, beta, or early-access product. Data, availability, rules, capacity, content, or features may change or reset. ARfi does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
ARfi may investigate violations and restrict content or accounts where reasonably necessary. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARfi is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
These Terms may change as ARfi evolves. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply. For legal, copyright, or Terms questions, contact team@arfi.app.

This Policy explains how ARfi collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects information across the game, website, account features, ARtists tools, playtests, music placements, collections, ArtM systems, and related services.
ARfi is built around spatial and location-based music discovery, so some features require account, location, device, AR, camera, music-interaction, and artist-submitted information.
ARfi includes a player experience for discovering, collecting, listening to, and placing music, plus an artist-facing experience for submitting music and managing artist access. The information processed depends on how you use ARfi.
We use information to operate spatial discovery, show nearby and collected music, manage accounts and the in-app economy, process artist submissions, protect copyright and safety, fix bugs, improve performance, prevent cheating and fraud, send important service notices, enforce our Terms, and comply with law.
Location may be used to show music around you, place music, confirm proximity, support exchanges, prevent abuse, and improve gameplay. Some features require precise location. You can manage location permissions in device settings, although core features may stop working. ARfi does not sell precise location data.
ARfi may request camera, motion sensor, orientation, and AR platform access to detect surfaces and display spatial music objects. Unless ARfi clearly tells you otherwise, ARfi does not use the camera feed to identify people.
Gameplay data runs your collection, placements, listening, ArtM, inventory, energy, exchanges, and nearby interactions. Some information is visible to others when a feature is designed to be public, such as usernames, artist names, public metadata, and placed music.
Artist information is used to review submissions, display artist content, manage access, enforce rules, and protect ARfi’s music ecosystem. Review data may be retained for copyright, identity, safety, or AI-generated music policy investigations.
ARfi may use service providers for hosting, authentication, databases, storage, analytics, crash reporting, maps, AR platforms, communications, and security. Technical and usage events help us understand reliability, performance, and feature use.
Notifications may include collection activity, placed music activity, rankings, ArtM activity, artist updates, product information, and important service notices. You can manage notification permission through device settings.
Information may be shared with service providers, app platforms, artists or users where a feature is public, legal or safety parties when required, and business-transfer parties during a merger, financing, restructuring, or sale. ARfi does not sell precise location data.
Information is kept as long as needed to operate ARfi, provide services, maintain security, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce Terms, review abuse, and improve the product. Some records may remain after deletion for legal, safety, fraud-prevention, moderation, accounting, or security reasons. Test data may be reset or anonymized.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain uses of your information. Camera, location, notifications, motion sensors, and photo permissions can be managed through device settings. The ARfi account page provides available web controls.
ARfi uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, although no system is perfectly secure. Information may be processed in countries different from where you live, subject to applicable safeguards and law.
This Policy may change as ARfi evolves. For privacy questions, access or deletion requests, contact team@arfi.app.
